Some briefs do not fit a standard search. If you have an unusual or complex requirement, we will begin by discussing what you need and whether we can add value. The scope of our support is agreed clearly before any search begins.

We liaise with appointed agents, legal advisers, surveyors and finance specialists, while legal advice, valuations and surveys remain the responsibility of those specialists.
